P&G Government Relations Officer partners with our business units and business leaders to ensure business sustainability and compliance with all local policies and regulations.
As a Government Relations Officer your responsibility includes:
-Processing and carrying out all transactions relating to employees including visas, Iqama renewal, permits, licenses, and company registration
-Communicating with Governments Departments to issue licenses and other related documents as required
-Processing renewal, and maintain all company documents such CR, Saudization letters, GOSI, Tax etc
-Draft letters in Arabic and English for all government departments
-Maintaining a network of external contacts and keeping updated data for all employees,compnay information
-Providing regulatory compliance
-Providing reports to the Government Relations Manager
-Provide monthly report for all government relation processes

Minimum Diploma from Administration institute in Management, HR, or Business Administration.
1-3 years experience in a similar role.
Proficient user of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
Precision and discipline in handling documentation.
Time Management and excellent Communication Skills.
Knowledge of Governmental Procedures in issuing licenses and other related documents.
Ability to travel on the job.
Ability to conduct business in English.
