Functional responsibilities Lead and manage the Solution Integration team and its functions (IT Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, Application and IoT, Integration) to identify & deliver the non-standard IT & Network solution / products to the business unit clients through external technology service providers / system integrators. Manage and lead all aspects of IT and Network solutions for Non-Standard Product & Solutions including the design, Solution Architecture, (advanced connectivity as well as network services till last mile connectivity in order to ensure that solutions are developed efficiently. Collaborate with Presales to ensure solution designs meet client expectations and with Service Delivery to ensure they are delivered as per the SLA/bid specifications. Provide inputs to Presales on proposals and validate the business case and manage vendors in the development of detailed technical low-level designs in order to ensure adherence to Mobily standards/guidelines and sound technical/financial terms. Support marketing team in building/ revising non-standard services / products from technology aspect. Liaise and handover solution to Service Delivery team to identify required project completion time around IT and Network scope and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to fine tune delivery timelines, SLAs and delivery commitments before final submission to Client /customer. Develop solution delivery budget (including CAPEX needs) ensuring designed solution meets tailored and customized customer requirements. Perform any other duties as required by the Head of Business Solutions and Delivery. Managerial Responsibilities 1. Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and managing direct reports performance. 2. Set the department’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to reporting sections, and guide their achievement. 3. Contribute to the development of the sector’s policies, procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor. 4. Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities. 5. Ensure the ongoing development of the department’s employees, and assure the developmental activities of direct reports. 6. Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI’s are well communicated and monitored. 7. Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division’s resources.
